So sorry to hear you are going through this. I know it's hard, especially with two little kiddos to keep up with. As others have alluded to, I think it is definitely worth getting in touch with your doctor about, as it is definitely a possibility that it is related to what you are experiencing. He or she can also give you the best advice about options that might work better for you.

Best of luck! I hope you are able to get all of this figured out for your best, and so you can have more energy for wrestling those kiddos of yours.
