Well, thanks. I'll find out. I did listen to another vid by Jaffe and he said he always recommends buffered ascorbate which generally means sodium ascorbate. One picks and chooses which person one thinks is most expert. Jaffe impressed me the most personally. However, I will add that following his Vitamin C calibration protocol, and finding myself presently needing 30 mg of C daily per that, if I take all that C in the form of sodium ascorbate I get too alkaline. He speaks against being too alkaline as well as against being too acidic (as does other research), so I am combining both sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid to get the right ph (while eating mostly alkaline foods, of course.)

Re "If it ain't broke don't fix it" he says that we have certain reserves in our bodies and may not notice we are using them up, particularly in regard to over acidity in the body, until we get sick. Just a thought.
