Thank you Soulking! My diet wasn't bad during this year but for the last three weeks I have improved it by taking out the things you mentioned. So far the odor is getting worse (students in the classes I teach say I smell like ass and farts so I'm guessing I have fecal bo.)but my digestion is improving. I am only eating veggies, lemons, an apple or two a day, avocados, coconut oil and water. I am losing a lot of weight though and am concerned. I am quite thin for my height. I am adding in plain oats for breakfast to see if this will help.
