Hi Lorica,

I agree: Overall body alkalinity is UNQUESTIONABLY a very good/healthful thing. I studied and pursued it for several years [a number of years back]. It is very possible that I am making a mistake [health-wise] not being more concerned about it. If my health turns negative, you can be sure I will take another closer look! I do make some effort to keep my saliva pH [on average] in the 7+ range. I guess my view for now is: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
