Im trying to figure what to work on first, im guessing I can never really heal the candida as long as my immune system is messed up and I suspect im having adrenal problems because thyroid medication doesnt work for me and sometimes aggravates my symptoms.Ill be starting on natural desiccated thyroid med soon and I also plan on testing my adrenals to see if that is the culprit, question is if it is then where do I go from there?

Btw I have hashimotos im sure all of this is connected somehow. I tried to eat very strictly for a month avoiding Sugar and as many carbs as I could stand to leave out without passing out and incorporating/rotating common antifungals ( nothing prescription) and taking some probiotics problem was I felt for that entire month worse than I have in my entire life. I started developing new symptoms that weren't even there to begin with. I think probably because I was struggling to get in enough food the diet just wasnt sustainable for me I felt incredibly weak and depressed and I never want to go back to that. So any ideas anyone?
