Hot water can stir up toxins so best to avoid it for now. Incidentally it is a symptom of mercury toxicity, but it is also a very common symptom in a lot of other diseases. There are some other peculiar symptoms of mercury like preferring to walk on the balls of your feet and not using the heels.

My comment was about people on this forum who are possibly well-intentioned but so poisoned and tired and can barely function but who act like experts. Just be careful.

There are a number of people on curezone with a lot of knowledge about lyme and heavy metals. This forum used to be a little more open to these ideas but the iPod brigade has somehow taken over.
