I been taking 2 drops of Lugol's about 3X a week, on and off, for a year now...last week have been taking 4 to 8 drops of 2% Lugol's and I just started taking 15 drops and notice bromides being released and I feel so much better with the higher doses, less detox symptoms than 6 drops...I was a bit scared initially but now I feel comfortable taking 50mg of Lugol's...
