It's great, I totally recommend it.

He has examples of how to improve your colon health relevant to varicocele. He talks about how bowel diseases like IBS and IBD can cause varicocele to develop.

He has lots of information on specific diet changes you should make to help induce vein healing. Lots of information also on how damage is done to vein valves, to make them dysfunctional.
