impossible to answer when no data given such as gender, age, race, history, diet, etc.

even then, do not trust what strangers write on the internet.

if what you write about "a friend" is true, obviously such person would be very much different from other 99% of people who do not experience this, but it unrealistic to expect anybody to answer accurate about third party. maybe it was their flu shot
