I know your pain nursebetty...its a punishment worse than going to Guatanamo Bay for a vacation ! mine was a doctor advised cold turkey as well :(

Theres also a troll on this forum who will possibly sweep in and abuse you at some point, saying benzos should just be stopped and its all in our heads so just be on the look out for him and ignore all the dangerous ' Liver Flush those benzos away' advice !
