It should be a clue right away, when someone put out literature that says "cure for all diseases"

I have a car, and the manual for how to fix all the things that can go wrong with the car comes in two volumes, and the combined thickness of the two volumes that comprise the manual is at least 10 centimeters or 4 inches thick.

How thick is " The Cure For All Diseases " ??

It would have to be at least a mile thick.
