I am tapering off a benzo and know now that the adrenals have been damaged through this. so I am back to only 2grams Vit. C and magnesium at night, all other supplements went out the door.

Have to be very careful with what I take during w/d because you need to know what is w/d and what might be from something else

warning to anyone who has ears to hear;
PLEASE never take a benzo long term if at all possible, it has ruined my life and I have never been sicker in my life because of it.

with Gods mercy and grace I will get off of it and try to have some semblance of my old life back eventually
