Jasmine08, Yes, I think there is something wrong with me but I cannot figure it out :( I have had a full physical plus been tested for diabetes, kidney function, etc. I have also had a colonoscopy and endoscopy but the only findings were the prolapse and narrow colon. I have not had my liver tested and would like to since I did so much drinking at one point. The thing is, I have kept up a decent diet (cheating with sweets, bread, and certain junk food occasionally)of vegetables and fish for almost two years now and I have not seen any improvement at all. I have found that the things that make it worse are coffee, alcohol, bread, rice, and heavy spices. I have even cut yoghurt out now to see if that helps though I love it. I am on probiotics. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do?
