I have been using Senna based natural remedy laxative tablets as I am finding myself constipated. Given that 2 bowel movements are recommended per day this seems my only option, but it does mean my stools are watery and half diarroeah...

does that matter? I don't see what else I can do really otherwise I wont be going to bathroom each day and letting stuff out...
