We dont mess ourselves up by taking minerals IMO. Only a temporarily set of symptoms after overdoing things.. or perhaps a detox set off. I had 20 years of problems after a wrong timed course of Antibiotics ; just to put it in the right frame. Then the hypo thyroid after 5 years of vegetariansm
Also, the ones with weak(er) adrenals are much more sensitive than others, and yes we need to dilute.
