But, electrolytes control things in a major way, and should not be played around with. You and I are lucky maybe we did not hurt ourselves, I don't know. Maybe we are lucky. Maybe it is hard to mess ones self up. Maybe everybody's different and what worked for me will not work for others.

In my case, I went slowly. I would say never go over the amount that is normally present in the serum, keep things dilute. Last thing anyone needs is to put themselves into an electrolyte coma, cuz that stuff can kill if thrown out of whack. I always tell myself... dilute, dilute, dilute
