I am just over 4 years post removal. I am still not back to normal but doing much better than I was during my first 3 years post removal. The first 3 years were especially rough. My symptoms were largely neurological, along with fatigue. I still have good and bad months, but I have entire days where I feel pretty normal and can function well. My remaining symptoms are muscle twitching, spacey head feeling, headaches, some dizziness, sleep problems, muscle weakness, shakiness/lack of coordination, random achy/sharp pains. All of these used to be much worse, and I used to have many more issues that have pretty much gone away. These remaining problems are worse around my period and ovulation, but at their worst, they are milder than they were a few years ago. I was still a huge mess after a year!
