This is amazing.

A little warning for those who go overboard with things, like me. I an am Aries, and have a habit of banging my head into walls over and over. Until I learn.

So, when I took the potassium first time, I took 2 grams in capsules, forgot the fact that I hardly ate that day.
4 minutes later a pain in stomach, nausea followed right after. I went to the bathroom, tried to vomit, but couldnt; almost fainted so I had to lay down in an recovery position
while one of my boys got me a glass of salt water.

2-3 minutes after the salt water it was gone, the pain and fainting feeling; I could rise, sit, walk as normal.

But, I am very sensitive to supplements, I have to do it much slower than my Aries mind want me to..
Next time 1 gram in water, no problem.
