I am very interested in Water Fasting but it is really difficult task. A complete rest and free from physical (strenuous) activities is required.
I suggest that you start cleansing diet involving fruits and vegetables only. It is one way of detoxification and quite easier. Why consider this one. I tried this and it really works.
