Well, I do try to get enough sun when the sun's rays are at the right angle for helping with Vitamin D production in the bone marrow. But I don't live in a tropical climate, like in Floria. I gotta wait until later in spring. In the meantime I do take Norweigian (not so likely to have mercury) cod liver oil daily along with some D3 supplements.
