Thanks very much for your feedback. I came to the realization this morning that it may be the Iodine with a potassium deficiency. Hence, I loaded up on potassium today and do feel better with less pain, much less. I will be re-reading your post, researching and carrying on here. I appreciate you taking the time to share. Insightful.
