I guess they do use urine test for AI, but did you just do that test once, or multiple times throughout the day because your cortisol levels do change throughout the day. I'd actually think a saliva test would be useful for you to because it has you do it 4x throughout the day. I did one and my cortisol was low in the morning, but high in the afternoon and evening.

Did your MD give you a prescription for AI?
