Thanks for your post. That is interesting what you say about grains and milk. From what I have researched about milk I think it is bad for people. Also my own personal experience showed that. I had a chronic ear infection and resulting dizziness for a very long time. After I gave up milk it was gone in a month.

After all the research, I am coming to the conclusion that this is the age of information. And misinformation. And disinformation. (It's always been the latter two throughout history, though.)
