I have never had anything to do with tumeric but I have been reading a bit about it lately. I also have been rereading Dr. Schulze and Christopher on the cayenne miracles and fixated on getting back onto that. But maybe it is not for everyone.
I am going to give the tumeric a try. Do you use the root fresh or buy dried? I don't think I could find it fresh in my little town but I will look. I am going to look into the ginger too.
