ok this doesnt have to do with constipation but there are no other digestive forums. i experience fullness after meals, belching and the need to constantly clear my throat but i dont have acid reflux and i get major flare ups whenever i exercise right before or after eating. ive had one now for 3 months. it seems like a structural or functional problem and is driving me crazy. i was taking HCL supplements for a long time with great success to address various G1 Problems, but now i cant because whatever is going on in my esophagus causes the acid in the supplements to regurgitate. i know i am naturally low in HCL which is why i need to take the pills but now i cant so i just take digestive enzymes. ive tried everything and nothing helps and i havent been unable to workout and lift weights since the onset of this flareup so i lost a lot of muscle weight. my one doc thinks it may be a type of gastroparesis. i had an endoscopy a few yrs ago and everything looked fine - please help!
