I do a little mag in water each day, to slowly dissolve any stones I might or might not have. I once passed one that measures 5.5 mm diameter, 6 hours of intense pain, writhing on the bed. I saved it, pondering making costume jewelry and give it to someone and tell them it is a rare crystal
