Hello and thank you so much to your detailed explanations. I started using baking soda and apple cider vinegar seven days ago because of hair,later I learned that it is good for SD as well. I included coconut oil also, and use it daily, but now the only problem that I have looks like an allergic reaction on coconut oil (but I'm not sure) with symptoms of sore throat, sneezing, sinus, sometimes slightly elevated fever... so it looks like it's a viral infection, and that's why I started taking acetaminophen.
Just tell me whether it is a normal reaction or should I stop this?
