Looking very good i think, just very few minor blemishes. How come you don't use any "stone softeners"?
I also used to have very greasy hair and whacked hormones as well as irregular periods. I think the oily hair improved mostly after i stopped eating foods with processed vegetable fats, cooking with coconut oil now. Cutting out refined carbs must have also been helpful, as it assisted for much regular periods.
Unfortunately i still get occassional breakouts that are harmless, not whiteheads and cystic Acne like before, but it all leaves blemishes which just won't heal :(
Liver Flushing isn't producing much results either (yet), makes me feel sad and discouraged, but i'm not giving up for now.
