Hello and thank you so much to your detailed explanations.

I started using baking soda and apple cider vinegar seven days ago because of hair, later I learned that it is good for SD either. Then I have included coconut oil, I use daily, but now the only problem that I have looks like an allergic reaction, with symptoms of sore throat, sneezing, sinus, sometimes slightly elevated fever etc. Looks like some viral infections, and then I started taking acetaminophen. Just tell me whether it is a normal reaction or should I stop with this cure?
