Thanks all for your replies. I am working with my GYN to balance my hormones/thyroid. He is pretty accommodating to run whatever tests I want. He is the one who started me on Iodoral, but I'm not sure how educated he is with it. Also taking 300mg DIM which he suggested as well as vitamin D. I have wondered about increasing my Iodine dose, just been a little chicken I guess & not sure how high to go up or how fast. I do feel better than I did 6 months ago, but feel there is still room for improvement. I'd love to get off of the Nature-throid and the bio-identical hormones as I hate taking all this stuff.......
