I would NOT use ester C, we already get too much calcium and it causes problems like arthritis. Read Dr Levy's book death by calcium.

Almost everyone gets more than enough calcium from food, we dont need any more expecially if taking a lot of vit C, you will overload your stsem with calcium if you use ester-c.

You want ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate.
