Ok guys.

Thank you SO much for all the info, links etc.etc. Really appreciated.Am now doing a 24hr urine test for Hg for my Dr. [although its highly unlikely to show anything] and having a full set of patch tests done following my hair testing.

Irrespective of this I have since dumped my old dentist [who gave me the amalgams] [can I sue him?] and booked in with a mercury free dentist with years of experience, and a proper protocol to remove my amalgams, gold crowns and bridges.
If the teeth wont stand cleaning for composites, then they will come out. Then will follow the AHC protocol and hopefully make progress.
