You can try Paypaya seeds. They put a few in honey and have the kids swallow them. You can break them up a little.You can use coconut oil, grated carrots on an empty stomach or grated coconut. If they have hookworms I would not mess around because it can stunt a childs growth and brain development. Also herbals make make them scatter through the child's body which is miserable and makes them harder to treat.
