Oh how encouraging! Thank you. You have mercury filllngs and root canals and yet...you live! AND you report great health!

Thanks to all your input and the resulting research I am going to be adding more and more ascorbic C, at least a gram, per day to my diet. If I don't get too bothersome diarrhea I will then start taking liposomal C, 1 gram 4 times a day for 3 days, possibly along with the ascorbic C.

I sure hope this helps me get over needing hydrocortisone. Not to mention how important healthy adrenals are in general. It is amazing how much Vitamin C Klenner was giving, and by IV no less. Makes me wonder why they didn't get diarrhea massively, but I guess the body reacts differently with IVs.

I hear that is true for the liposomal kind, no concern with diarrhea. Have you heard that?

Thanks again for all your input. It is obvious you have studied this C info in detail and extensively.

This has been such a nice string. People being so nice, no bickering like some times.
