Sorry I didn't read the whole question. Its stronger internally I think. It activates with water and your fingers should be ok, just wear latex gloves if worried. Again though, consider what I did as its a proven (by me anyway) method and you won't be dissapointed. Or get both and try them out. The burning is only a concern with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement as the skin down there (your genitals) tends to be thin and very sensitive. Ive used activated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement on other areas and felt hardly anything after even 5 minutes.
