Hi Lorica,

Question: WHERE did you get the idea [from Dr. Levy (or anyone else)] that 'staying at 50 grams of ascorbate for more than a couple of weeks' would not be a good thing [for your health]? That has certainly NOT been my personal experience, after 20 years of ingesting [on average] well in excess of 50 grams of ascorbic acid every single day.
