If you don't use Epsom Salts , then you have removed the dangerous part of the protocol. Olive oil and lemon or grapefruit juice is perfectly safe and a good way to cleanse the liver; I just don't support it as recommended on the Liver Flush Forum , but anyway we should probably stick to discussing Iodine since this is the Iodine debate forum. The only reason I mentioned Liver Flushing is to compare it to taking Iodine and how many negative reactions people experience with both of these.
