Well, I am going to be taking both ascorbate C and liposomal C.

I want to thank you very much for your time and helpful information. You have helped me learn some important things, directly and indirectly. Mostly I have learned that I really should be taking more Vitamin C. Nothing helps adrenals like Vitamin C, for example. I've found that out from experience, too.
