Hi

I just started doing coffee enemas a couple of months now,i struggle with the same problem all the time.
When i do the enemas (early in the morning after bowel movement) i still have some fecal matter inside,so when i do the enema,there´s not enough room to get all the coffee inside.

Was wondering if anyone has any advice? maybe take a mild laxative before the enema?
