You are 100% correct. The Epsom Salts wreak havoc on your electrolyte balance, this is nothing to play around with, personally, I was hospitalized after a Liver Flush and was on a heart monitor for a day until they got my electrolytes back in order. Personally, would never do a Liver Flush again, but for those of you that do them, you have to replenish your electrolytes afterwards. The main electrolytes are sodium, potassium and calcium, you need to replenish all of these after a Liver Flush but you need much more sodium than other minerals. Certainly, I would agree that those with adrenal fatigue or even early signs of adrenal fatigue should avoid liver flushing.
