I understand your situation very well and it is very difficult to correct your digestion once it has got to this state. It is important to understand that you have candida because your digestion is impaired, not the other way round. Most people think you just need to eliminate candida, then your body returns to a healthy state, it is the opposite, help your body to return to a healthy state and candida will also be removed. It is hard to give specific advice to you because I don't really know enough about you, but what I would say is that however you got yourself in this situation, do the opposite to get yourself out. So you were under-eating, over-excersicing, malnourished and that is what got you sick, so do the opposite to correct your health. Eat regular, nourishing, healthy meals, with a healthy balance of carbohydrates, fat and protein and keep consistent meal times. You should prepare your own food and it should be all foods in their natural state, unprocessed. As I said, yes carbohydrates may cause digestive issues currently, but that doesn't mean they are bad for you or that you should avoid them. This is a very common mistake people make, myself included, to avoid carbohydrates and you set yourself on a path to disease and suffering for a long time. I see the pattern time and time again on curezone of people that eat low-carb, they feel a bit better for a while but over time develop more and more food intolerances and eventually notice that even their low-carb diet makes them feel sick by this point you have dug yourself a very deep hole that becomes more and more difficult to get out of. Don't exercise too much, go for relaxing walks and do slow-paced yoga. No you can't just eat normal food, you have to take care, find the foods that give you the least amount of reaction, some people do well on potatoes and squash, for me white basmati rice is great. You may want to go easy on the fruits for now, but you have to find nourishing carbohydrate foods that you can eat on a regular basis. Coconut oil and avocados are fine but they should not be a staple of your diet.
