My story,
I had been battling elevated blood pressure (got as high as 150/100) for a few years. I did not check it for some time. Then back in September I checked it and found it was 185/115; Scary high. I checked it over the course of a week on my device at home and also at the drug store. The readings were accurate.
In doing research, I came across mukta vati and resperate and decided to try both of them. After a month of resperate and about 2 weeks of Mukta Vati, I took my blood pressure again. It was mid 150s over mid 90s; an improvement for sure, but not really good enough. I was getting some side effects from either the dropping of blood pressure or the Mukta Vita itself. I had cramping in my legs and back when I started exertion. It relieved somewhat after continued exertion. I cut back on the Mukta and that seemed to help, but I started doing stretching and IT band exercises. I slowly increased the Mukta back to full dose. It is now January. My blood pressure is mid 130s over about 80 give or take. Sometimes it goes up into the 140s for a reading or two, and sometimes it goes into the mid 120s for a reading or two. The diastolic remains very consistent. I am thrilled (to say the least). I can't say for sure whether it was resperate or Mukta that made the big difference, but my gut reaction is that it was the combination of both.
Hope this helps you.
