I am quite in touch with my body so it tells me it doesn't want any more Vit C for now after this flush. Once I feel like eating all these orange flavour pills, I will do.
I kinda believe the body knows what it needs, why else would I have this sudden urge to consume 48 vit C tablets in 10 mins yesterday! :D
