If its eczema, try to put aveeno moisturizer.especially after bath. Avoid sudden changes in temperature or humidity.Use a humidifier to introduce moisture to your skin and maintain the humidity level not too dry nor to dump to minimise over sweating or over overheating.Reduce stress.Avoid harsh soaps, detergents, and solvents.
