I'm sorry that I don't have the time for a full reply. The Yahoo Frequent Dose Chelation support group has plenty of people who can provide insights and links to Andy's thoughts on such issues.

Since you mention Cutler's AI book I assume you are trying to use his protocol.

Remember taking generous doses of antioxidants--Vit C E--are a critical part of the process.

Some people will feel better when they take doses even more frequently. I am one. I like the effect of DMSA @ 3 hrs and ALA at 2 or so. I can stretch those at night for more sleep.
Taking more antioxidants may reduce that need for you

I agree some of the symptoms sound like a need for adrenal support. Dizziness can be one. Andy may use a synonym for it in AI book. You may need more fluids and electrolytes on round. I do.

Remember Magnesium is on his short list.

Methylation is a can of worms. I've written much on the controversy in the Yahoo groups. These are some resources

Notice the enzyme, methionine synthase ( MS or MTR )

a similar image exists in AI book-- p 30-something?

There may be more than one factor involved in high homocysteine.

Beware of doctors who will ignore the possible impact of heavy metals and just want you to spend $ on expensive genetic tests, esoteric forms supplements, etc.

Cutler's own supplement list from when he was chelating was loaded with methylation related supplements, including "extra folate".

There are some remarkable stories of improvements in some symptoms in a short period of time from finding the right combo of methylation related support; however, more than a few people are sensitive to one or another.

SO much more could be said!!!
