just wondering if they checked you estogen and progesterone levels? I had pretty similar symptoms (& more) and things started to improve once my cycle started (but I did need some extra help (see previous posts by clicking my name), basically a little oestrogen & vitamins......I am now almost 2 years post and I think pretty much back to normal but it was a gradual thing.....unfortunately not instant. Good luck. My only advice is to get you hormones blood tested, & I have been taking magnesium, vit B, fish oil & recently Vit D (all with a green fruit & veg smoothy).....I think the Vit D and smoothy addition has been the icing on the cake as I really feel great the last couple of months.

Good luck & believe you can get better as you really can.
