Dentist found out on xray an infection under this wisdom tooth (it looks like black space in between two roots),but tooth position is ok and he advised to extract it due to infection.

I think this is good advice. At the very least get a second opinion.

Infections of the gum can really cause many health problems. If it hasn't already it could cause a cavitation of the jaw bone which will most certainly cause you to have it removed anyway.
