Thanks for the suggestion about the calcium. I just went to a new doc but wasn't impressed at all. She said maybe the digestive enzymes I'm taking cause the diarrhea in the morning! Didn't have experience in cortisol or other hormone testing, but I did get a sample of a beta blocker, so I'll start that...

I take colostrum every day..the one by Symbiotics. Supposed to be good for the gut, too.
