I dont turn ugly .I am honest and the same person i was before.
Big doses of Iodine are a burden not only to the body but also to the spirit.

It is insulting for the spirit,to feel in nice on high doses of chemical iodine.Because spirituality should be induced in other ways and never chemically.Because this is how we became real men and real persons.We are both the marble and the sculptor.
