Dude, I really wish I could help you and everyone on here, but I just don't know.

I'm pretty much doing the same thing as you. Diet and exercise. However, in a few hours I'm going to walmart to pick up a few products that I've researched might help. A few people on here say they've had success using a vitamin called L glutamine which is suppose to heal the Leaky gut. Other people say it did nothing for them, but I'm gonna try my hand at it.
